if  the item you purchased is defective.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@fernandasanjurjo.com 

We accept defective items refunds after 7 days of the delivery date.

Please contact us with your Invoice number and an image of the defect item.

We will contact you and let you know if the item is eligible for return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

If an item cannot be replaced, the purchase price will be refunded.
